Trauma Intensive

Intergenerational Trauma Intensive Coaching in Palo Alto CA

A Dedicated Space to Explore What You’ve Inherited and What You’re Ready to Transform. For individuals who feel they’ve inherited emotional burdens, identity struggles, or relational wounds that didn’t begin with them—this space is for you. Whether you’ve done years of self-work or are just beginning to explore how your family history shows up in your present, this Intensive is designed to bring insight, integration, and support to your journey.

Why an Intensive?

Because ancestral wounds don’t heal through rush or avoidance. This is a container for deep, grounded reflection. We move slowly and gently—but with focus. This work invites you to turn toward your roots and begin untangling what’s held you in place. Intergenerational Trauma Intensives are ideal for those seeking deeper, focused time to explore the unseen threads connecting past generations to current patterns. If you’ve felt like you’re living out stories that aren’t yours, or stuck in cycles that feel older than you—this space helps bring clarity, compassion, and conscious choice to what you carry forward.

This is for individuals who want to:

  • Identify intergenerational patterns influencing behavior or beliefs
  • Shift inherited coping mechanisms or emotional responses
  • Explore family narratives with compassion and boundaries
  • Build regulation tools to respond instead of repeat
  • Reclaim agency, identity, and clarity for the next chapter

Without support, many individuals experience:

  • Repeating cycles in relationships or self-worth
  • Unexplained guilt, anxiety, or hyper-responsibility
  • Identity confusion or loss of personal voice
  • Difficulty setting boundaries or breaking family roles

THIS IS FOR YOU, IF:

  • You feel stuck in emotional patterns that don’t make sense
  • You’re ready to look at what’s been passed down with honesty
  • You want support that honors emotional safety and nuance

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU, IF:

  • You’re in crisis or need emergency support
  • You’re not open to exploring emotional and family history
  • You’re seeking clinical therapy or diagnosis (this is not therapy)

Why Attune-iN?

We bring an integrated approach that blends trauma-informed coaching, nervous system care, lifestyle medicine, and systems awareness. Our goal isn’t to analyze you—it’s to walk beside you as you reclaim what’s yours and release what’s not.

I finally saw how my perfectionism wasn’t just mine—it was survival passed down. This gave me space to hold that with love, then choose differently. I left feeling like I could breathe again. Like I wasn’t carrying it all alone anymore.

Still Wondering if This is Right for You?

(01) Do I need to know my family history?
Not in full. We work with what’s present—your emotions, responses, and patterns already hold much of the story.
(02) Is this safe if my story is still unfolding?
Yes. You don’t need perfect clarity to begin. This is a gentle space to explore, not force conclusions.
(03) Can I combine this with clinical care?
Absolutely. Many clients do. Coaching can complement therapy by offering a grounded space for integration and personal agency.
(04) How do I get started?
