Pre-Intensive Intake + Clarity Call

You and your partner complete intakes and meet with your facilitator to set goals.

The Intensive Session

We meet weekly for 2-hour sessions (virtual or in-person) of guided work that balances depth with care.

Integration Support

You receive a summary of key themes, suggested practices, and follow-up sessions to continue to integrate and practice changes.
